NBCCC Mission Statement
New Birth Community Care Center (NBCCC) seeks to motivate and engage in the development and the revitalization of the general Englewood Community through projects designed to recover a sense of common dignity and morality and to establish a firm foundation of community awareness and respect.
A few of the activities of the NBCCC includes:

WHEELER HOUSE SENIOR RESIDENCE
Wheeler House Senior Residence, located at 1450 W. 69th Street, is our 4-story, 89 unit independent living senior citizen apartment building. Since opening in February 2003, the new one bedroom and studio apartments have offered safe, secure and friendly surroundings for all of the mixed income, single and married senior occupants.
“Wheeler House” boasts of a 4-story atrium, with balconies on each floor overlooking a beautiful open first floor common area, where residents can meet each other as well as visitors to the building. A fitness center and a fully equipped kitchen and community room is available for use by the residents, and is used for various activities such as Bible Study Groups, Movie Nights, Community Affairs Meetings, etc.
